You can get a sweat on at the state-of-the-art gym and spin studio. Fancy some fun with friends? Enjoy the on-site games room. Need to press pause before a big day? Have a moment to yourself at the cosy coffee bar. The best bit? All of your bills from Wi-Fi to utilities are included in the rent!

Everything else – including your lectures – is down the road. Literally. You can get to the Royal Holloway campus for free during term time on a short 7 minute shuttle bus. Or, as a lot of students love doing – especially on sunny days – you can walk there in just over 20 minutes or cycle in around 10 minutes.

Enjoy both privacy and socialising? Our En-suite rooms are the perfect balance. Each room has a small double bed, en-suite shower room, study space with desk and chair and plenty of storage. For moments you want to socialise, there’s a communal kitchen with a dining and TV lounge area.

The En-suites Plus rooms  have the same great features as our standard En-suite rooms, but they’re slightly bigger and all have south, east or west-facing windows for loads of natural light. And you can still socialise whenever you want in the communal kitchen, dining, and TV lounge area.

Our Classic En-Suite rooms are the same as our En-Suites, but available on a 44 week tenancy rather than 51. Each room has a small double bed, en-suite shower room, study space with desk and chair and plenty of storage. You’ll also have access to a great communal space including a shared kitchen and lounge.

4 Bed Apartments - 

These rooms have everything our other en-suite rooms have but in a smaller cluster flat. With just 4 bedrooms rather than 6 or 7 you’ll have space to yourself but still have the opportunity to socialise as and when you please.

Love your own space? Check out our studio rooms, which have a small double bed and an en-suite shower. Each has a private kitchen with ceramic hob, combi oven and fridge freezer. And your own dining area, plenty of storage and a study space with desk and chair.

Why not go premium? You can enjoy everything our other studio rooms have to offer – including an en-suite and private kitchen and dining area – just with a little extra space.

Premium Adaptable Studio - All the same great features you would expect in the Premium Studio, but located on the ground floor with a wet room rather than a standard en-suite. You can cook feasts for friends or enjoy some quiet revision time. The choice is yours.

Luxury Adaptable Studio - All the same great features you would expect in the Luxury Plus Studio, but located on the ground floor with a wet room rather than a standard en-suite. Luxury Studio - This is the second largest room type at Hox Park. It comes with everything you need – from an en-suite bathroom to kitchen and dining area – all with plenty of room. Luxury Plus Studio - How about your own private castle? Well, not literally a castle, but close enough. This is our largest room type, which has all the great amenities you would find in a Luxury Studio, spread over even more space. You can cook feasts for friends or study in silence. Bills and budgeting: two words that excite no one. That’s why all our halls have just one all-inclusive bill. Your room, Wi-Fi, gym, social events, and so much more (even the shuttle bus to campus). You only have to think about one bill – and budgeting is that much easier.

Egham is similar to London when it comes to the price of food and drink. So, all the money you save with the all-inclusive bill gives you more to spend out and about with friends. You can get Ubers into Egham town for a few pounds and to Windsor for a day/night out for roughly £12 (depending on time and day) – a few pounds, split between friends. A return trip to London on the train is about £20, and even cheaper with a railcard.
