The studio/annexe has it's own entrance to the side of the property for privacy and is attached to a family home (the landlady/lords). Rent is £1080 including bills, property also has free wifi. Sky TV can be arranged but will cost extra. On street parking. Students are exempt from council tax but the tenant will be liable for any council tax if they are no longer eligible i.e. finish their course
The studio will be proffessionally cleaned before the arrival of the new tenant. The property will be available from August 2025
