The house is fairly compact, so we charge a very fair rent for a 10 month tenancy (Sept -June).
Barely a mile from the university and with off-road parking it is also ideally placed for Egham’s shops and services.
New white double glazing has been fitted recently . A new energy effcient boiler fitted and new HMO licence is on record.

Before a new tenancy begins, we ensure the house is clean and redecorated where necessary. Any damaged or faulty goods are replaced. Cooking utensils, cutlery and crockery are provided and there is kitchen cupboard space for each tenant. The current charge for water is paid by the landlord.
Our terms of business can be made available to interested parties. As we manage the house personally, we make no extra charges for services such as inventory checks, key 'hand over' etc.
